Position: Partner Attorney
Location: (Remote – Nationwide)

We’re supporting a modern, forward-thinking law firm that operates differently from the traditional model—and they’re looking for experienced Partner-level Attorneys to join their growing team.
This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial attorneys with a portable book of business to gain complete autonomy, industry-leading revenue share, and full operational support—while collaborating with a respected network of attorneys across the country.
What the Firm Offers:
- Generous Compensation: Keep 80% of all origination, while the firm receives 20%.
- Strong Referral Incentives: If you originate work you can’t handle, you’ll still receive 30% of that revenue when another Partner takes it on.

Requirements:
- Experience: 7–10+ years practicing law.
- Portable Book: Minimum $350k in portable business (flexibility for slightly lower if in a high-growth area).
- Billing Rate: Typical client billing rate of $350/hour.
- Jurisdiction: Bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Team Moves Welcome: Bringing attorneys or a small team? The firm is open to group submissions.
