Real Estate Attorney – Hybrid | Philadelphia, PA
A well-established, full-service law firm in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 in-office days per week and a clear path to partnership.
The ideal candidate will have 2–10+ years of experience and a strong foundation in real estate transactions, trusts and estates, and land use litigation. You’ll work with a diverse client base on matters involving property acquisition, development, zoning, and estate planning related to real property.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle real estate transactions, contracts, leasing, and development
Represent clients in zoning and land use litigation
Advise on estate planning matters involving real property
Draft and negotiate legal documents and agreements
Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
2–10+ years of relevant legal experience
Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
