The Atlanta team is currently seeking an attorney with a minimum of four years of experience in property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Ideal candidates are those who demonstrate tenacity, strong critical thinking abilities, a passion for the law, and a commitment to continuous learning. Prior experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities for this role include evaluating first-party property insurance claims, drafting coverage opinion letters, preparing pleadings and discovery, and participating in hearings, depositions, and trials. Active membership in the Georgia Bar is required. The position follows a hybrid work model, with a minimum in-office presence of two days per week.
