An international litigation law firm with offices across the United States and in London is seeking to expand its team in the Atlanta office. The Atlanta team is currently seeking an attorney with a minimum of four years of experience in property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Ideal candidates are those who demonstrate tenacity, strong critical thinking abilities, a passion for the law, and a commitment to continuous learning. Prior experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities for this role include evaluating first-party property insurance claims, drafting coverage opinion letters, preparing pleadings and discovery, and participating in hearings, depositions, and trials. Active membership in the Georgia Bar is required. The position follows a hybrid work model, with a minimum in-office presence of two days per week.
