This is an opportunity to join one of one of the most innovative data driven marketing and advertising firms in New York. They are a media planning and buying agency with a wide variety of clients covering an impressive range of well-known brands. This job would be perfect if you have a solid background in paid social media (Meta etc)with a thorough knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media.

This firm offers hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office and from Independence Day to Labor Day they have WFH Thursdays so you will only be in the office twice a week during the summer and unlimited PTO time.

Salary & benefits
  • Salary – $90,000 – $105,000
  • Hybrid working (In office expectations, Tues, Weds, Thurs)
  • From Independence Day to Labor Day, they have WFH Thursdays so you will only be in teh office X2 days a week during summer
  • Unlimited PTO 
  • 401k through Fidelity with 2% match
  • Health: UMR (UHG), Vision: VSP, Dental: Delta Dental
  • Parental leave is 20 weeks for birthing parents, 16 weeks for non-birthing parents
Role overview
The Social Supervisor will be responsible for five key areas:

Campaign Management & Execution
  • Oversee end-to-end paid social campaign execution including planning, set-up, optimization, and QA.
  • Guide junior team on campaign buying, trafficking, tagging, and platform best practices.
  • Lead partner negotiations, RFPs, and analysis of proposals to ensure strategic alignment.
Social Media Strategy
  • Lead development of strategic social plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate data, trends, and research into actionable media recommendations.
  • Drive ideation, develop POVs, and produce planning documents such as media plans and strategy decks.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Supervise data analysis and deliver optimization recommendations based on performance.
  • Lead reporting processes and tool development with internal analytics teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and actionable insights through dashboards, trackers, and testing frameworks.
Relationship Management 
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply industry knowledge to add value to partner and client engagements.
  • Support leadership in issue resolution and cross-team collaboration.
Team Management & Supervision 
  • Manage junior team members with clear development plans and performance coaching.
  • Lead training on media principles and industry trends.
  • Support recruitment efforts and ensure team engagement through meaningful project assignments.
About you
This role would suit candidates with 3+ years previous paid social media experience and a thorough knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media. You will have an understanding of marketing principles, analytics and concepts and strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram is crucial in addition to advanced targeting/retargeting tactics in social and being comfortable owning and managing budget/investment levels in social.
