You will work with owner managed businesses across different industries, which keeps things interesting and helps you build a well rounded skill set.
The firm itself is small enough that you are not lost in the structure. You work closely with the Partners and clients know who you are.

They will want someone who already understands public accounting though. Ideally two or more years working in a CPA firm, with experience around T1s, T2s and financial statements.
