Staff retention is excellent in this mid-size CPA firm with several members of their staff hitting their 20 and 30 year milestones with the firm.

Strong work-life balance. A set schedule in busy season where you’ll definitely finish no later than 7pm and you’ll work a maximum of 55 hours per week from February to April
You’ll also get this overtime back as PTO. You’ll be working a 4 day working week for 3 months in the summer to compensate for the extra hours worked in busy season
What is the position?
This mid size firm with 50 staff don’t specialize so you’ll get lots of variety in your position. You’ll be working as a generalist across a wide range of industries. You will be working with businesses ranging from $1million to fortune500 companies.
