Assurance/Audit Manager – Partner Track Opportunity
Are you an experienced Audit Manager ready to take the next step toward partnership? This small but well-established CPA firm near Oakbrook could be the perfect fit for you.
With a team of fewer than 30, the firm is focused on staying independent and is looking for someone with the ambition and drive to eventually step into a partner role. While they may be small, they offer a collaborative, consultative atmosphere that goes beyond just compliance work. You’ll have the opportunity to add real value for clients, working with a stable and long-standing client base. Many of their clients have been with the firm for decades, providing a strong foundation to build upon.
In this role, you’ll work with clients ranging from startups to public companies, with annual revenues between $1M and $40M across various industries. There’s no pressure to bring in new business, but if you do, you’ll be rewarded with a percentage of the revenue generated from those clients for as long as they remain with the firm.
The firm is also committed to rewarding hard work. Any overtime worked beyond 40 hours is recognized and can either be banked for additional time off or compensated with a bonus at the end of the year. We’re looking for someone who is currently in an audit manager role at a CPA firm and ideally holds their CPA qualification. - Tax experience would be helpful, but not required.
