As an Audit Senior, you’ll lead audits from planning to wrap-up, working across diverse businesses—nonprofit, private, advisory. But it’s more than just accounting; it’s about coaching junior colleagues to find clarity in complexity and working shoulder-to-shoulder with partners to craft solutions that land.

What stands out in an ideal candidate?
Real-world audit experience, you’ve spent at least 3 years in public accounting, hands dirty in audit work.
CPA license (or well on your way) you carry (or are earning) that stamp of trust.

Client advocate, you’re not just looking for “box-ticked” accuracy, you’re solving problems, building relationships, and helping clients breathe easier about their financials.
This is a New Jersey-based role with a hybrid blend of in-office and remote work.
