We’re looking for an Audit Partner who may be looking to turn to a smaller, yet high level firm and isn’t looking to be caught in all the private equity money and mergers happening in the CPA world right now. You’ll be joining a 30 person CPA firm in Middletown CT that has an established core non profit division.
You’ll be stepping into a role with real influence, not just a title — and with it, the chance to shape the future of the firm’s non-profit audit practice.
Why this firm?
Specialism in the non-profit sector, including foundations, schools, and charitable organizations.
A flexible culture with a hybrid work pattern based out of their Middletown CT office.
A genuine opportunity to make Partner in a firm where leadership turnover is creating room for upward mobility.
A CPA firm that values quality, integrity, and work-life balance. This firm doesn’t have the big firm pressure of constantly grinding the hours and your voice will be heard and more importantly, valued.
We’re looking for someone who has at least 10 years of experience in non-profit audits; prior experience with schools or foundations is a plus. Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide clients and mentor junior staff. CPA license required.
Whether you’re a current Audit Manager ready to take the next step, or an existing Partner seeking a new challenge in a values-driven environment, this could be the move that defines your next chapter.
