Audit Supervisor (or experienced Senior)
You’ve done the grunt work. You’ve mastered the technicals. Now you’re ready for more.
This isn’t just another audit role, it’s your chance to step up, take the lead, and actually be heard. At this 150-person firm, you’re not lost in the shuffle. You’re front and center running audits, building client relationships, and mentoring the next generation.
Big enough to offer real resources. Small enough to actually care
This is a place where client interaction is paramount. As a Supervisor, you’ll be trusted to take the reins on client engagements, lead complex audits across a range of industries, and drive meaningful impact. You won’t just observe the process you’ll own it.
The firm is committed to your professional development, offering continuous learning opportunities and a vibrant team culture. Whether it’s educational programs, social events, or annual gatherings, there’s always a chance to build relationships and strengthen your skills.
What you’ll be doing: Leading audits from start to finish, becoming the go-to expert for your clients. Managing all aspects of the audit process while building strong, long-term client relationships. Coaching and mentoring associates and interns, helping them grow within the firm. Staying ahead of audit and accounting standards and applying them to real-world situations.
You’ll be working with a wide range of industries including manufacturing, real estate, professional services and/or non profit
While the busy season may see increased hours 55-60, the firm offers a 4-day, 35-hour workweek during the off-season—giving you the chance to recharge. As for flexibility, you won’t be locked into a rigid hybrid schedule. Whether you prefer to work more from home or in the office, they’ll work with you to find the perfect balance.
What you’ll need: CPA certification (or studying towards) and prior experience as a Senior or Supervisor. A strong passion for mentoring others and helping them develop their careers. The ability to dive deep into the audit process, solving complex challenges with confidence.

Not Sure You Meet All the Qualifications? We still encourage you to apply! If you don’t meet every requirement, don’t let that stop you. The firm is dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace, and we are always looking for talent with a range of experiences. If this role isn’t the perfect fit, we may have other opportunities in public accounting that are a better match.
