There’s a lovely vibe when you take a stroll through the office of this respected CPA firm in Middletown, CT.
It’s a Friday and everyone is dress down which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. It being a couple of weeks after the tax deadline certainly helps too.
But it’s clear people enjoy working there. Some are approaching retirement after over 25 years with the firm. This is why they’re hiring.
It’s a smaller firm with friendly and approachable Partners. The type of firm where you’ll get to work one on one with them. Not like in some of the bigger firms.
It’s an Audit Senior position. You’ll be focussed on supporting a wide range of the firms’ Non-Profit clients. Some have revenues approaching $100m. Some are much smaller. You’ll be providing services that help these organizations realize their missions.
Ideally you’ll have 2-3 years’ Auditing experience in a CPA firm (any size is fine) and be interested in kicking on with your CPA, if you don’t already have it.
This would suit someone from a larger firm who values a better work life balance. Or perhaps you’re in a smaller firm wanting a larger client base.
