Ideally, you’ll already working in a small or mid-sized firm, meaning you likely have a solid foundation on the end to end process of tax compliance with clients. As a senior, you’ll work directly with clients, handling preparation and some reviewing.
You’ll have exposure and learn alongside the partners, gearing up for future leadership roles and to take on more review work.
