In this role, you’ll primarily work with for-profit clients, including those in manufacturing, with the opportunity to gain exposure to Employee Benefit Plans (EBPs) during the summer months.
Responsibilities include –
- Ability to manage client engagements from start to finish
- Build and maintain client relationships and manage all aspects of the client engagement process.
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process.
- Researching, reviewing, and analyzing various new audit and accounting standards
Flexibility is key. The firm doesn’t have a rigid hybrid policy—they’re committed to creating a work arrangement that fits your needs. During peak season (February to April), expect to work up to 60 hours a week, but the firm places a strong emphasis on balance. For instance, if you work 35 hours over four days, you can take a flex day off during the summer to recharge.
To be considered, you should be an experienced Senior or Supervisor with a CPA, ready to step into a managerial position.
