When Long Island receives a big dump of snow, most of the CPA’s at this firm work from home. Outside of that, they’re in the office. Partners, Managers and Staff.
They don’t have a strict office mandate, it’s just a small team (less than 30 people) and they enjoy working together.
Associates get to work 1:1 with Partners. Accelerating their learning and progression. It’s probably why they’ve got people who’ve progressed with them through the ranks, over the last 15 years.
We’re helping them find a Senior Tax Accountant. It’s a nice mix of tax compliance and accounting work. You’ll cover a wide range of industries – Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, Retail and other small businesses.
Benefits include two annual bonuses. One at the end of tax season, one at the end of the year. The one at the end of tax season is between 10% – 20% of salary. There’s a 401k match, healthcare, PTO and summer Friday’s.
It would suit someone who has 3-5 years CPA firm experience.
