We’re helping a firm in New Jersey hire a Senior Tax Accountant. They’re only a small firm (20 people), but the two Partners place a huge emphasis on slick systems and processes. They want to make your job as easy as possible.
The good tech and friendly atmosphere is probably why over 50% of their team have been with them for over 20 years. A few are approaching retirement and that’s why they’re hiring.
It’s a generalist position weighted a little towards 1040’s.
You’ll have a clear path of progression through the firm and be handed a very loyal client base. You’ll take responsibility for maintaining and building the relationships too.
