The busy season hours at this Long Island firm are a touch higher than the industry average. You’ll be looking at 55-60 for the bulk of tax season. Pushing 60-65 for the last couple of weeks before 4.15.
The salaries are markedly higher though. Seniors can take home up to $120k. Supervisors up to $170k. Managers range from $180k – $200k+.
Less than 50 people in the firm. But they’re growing. Mainly due to all the M&A and PE activity in your world right now. They’re winning new business from the largest firms.
They’re hiring Senior Tax Accountants because they want to improve those busy season hours. The aim is to get them less than 60 for the two seasons.
The firm has no intention of selling or merging. It’s a young Partner Group. A Partner Group that you could be a part of in the future.
True generalist position. A mix of complex prep and some more simple review work. Wide range of industries.
