You’ll be joining a close-knit team working across a broad generalist tax mix — 1040s, 1120s, 1065s, and 1041s. The client base is loyal and well-managed, meaning your focus is on good work, not putting out fires.
Hybrid here is real — 3 days in the office, 2 from home — and everyone respects each other’s schedule. The team works collaboratively but without micromanagement.
There’s a natural progression path to Manager, but if you’re happy staying at Senior level a while longer, that’s fine too. The priority is finding someone dependable, capable, and grounded.
