As a Senior Tax Associate, you can be working some crazy hours during busy season and it’s hard to get away from that in Public Accounting, that’s why this firm pays hourly.
Now hourly pay doesn’t mean they’ll run you into the ground at this firm either, it means they’ll take what you can offer whether that’s 45 hours during busy season or 60 hours.
Based in The Woodlands this rapidly expanding firm is focused on working with HNW Individuals and family offices so any experience in this area is beneficial, but if you’re a generalist they’re open to a conversation too.
Day to day you’ll be supporting 50/50 on preparation and review of tax returns, in this complex area someone who can work independently as a self-starter would fit great.
