This stable CPA firm have been around for over 25 years, with most of the clients they started out with and staff that stay till retirement too.
As a small CPA firm, you’ll be joining a close-knit team that all support each other during the busy season to make sure no one is taking on too much work.
On the run up to the deadline you can anticipate doing a maximum of 55 hours over this period and you’ll be given the independence to manage your clients how you see fit, they’ll be no micromanagement here.
Day to day you’ll be working with HNW Individuals and Family trusts along with some small businesses and construction clients so you’ll be supporting with everything from 1040s to 1065s on both the preparation and review side.
Based largely from the office in San Antonio you’ll also get the opportunity to work remotely for a day or two, full healthcare cover and enhanced PTO.
