That isn’t the case with this small firm in Cincinnati! They’re hiring… but not to replace any staff that have left the firm. They’re hiring to bolster their team with a clear succession plan in place for Senior Associates to become Managers, Directors and Partners of the future.
The firm has doubled in size over the last 5 years thanks to impressive acquisition of new clients. But they don’t compromise on the well-being of their staff. Busy season hours max-out at 55 with lots of flexibility in the quieter months, generous PTO and hybrid working schedules.
About the Position
-Review of tax returns for a range of clients (s corp, c corp, HNW, partnerships)
-Preparation of tax returns for the more complex clients
-Tax planning and consulting
-Support more junior members of the team
Salary / Benefits
-Salary up to $90,000
