In this role, you’ll take full ownership of complex HNW 1040s and trust returns. You’ll work directly with clients, handle open issues, and ensure your work is review-ready with minimal back-and-forth. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload and client relationships while still having the support you need when it matters.
If you’re a CPA (or on your way to becoming one), that’s a big plus. The firm fully supports your growth—offering tuition reimbursement for CPA candidates, covering membership fees once you’re certified, and promoting based on merit, not just tenure.
