Senior Accountant – Trust & Estates
Not every CPA firm feels the same. Some are stuck in their ways—rigid, traditional, and structured with a one-track path to partnership. This firm is different. With a vibrant, modern culture, they’ve built a place where you can shape your own career that’s not just linear. Whether that’s climbing to Partner, diving into business development, training the next generation, or simply doing great work in an environment you love
As a Senior Tax Associate in the Trust & Estates team
-
You’ll work with closely held business and individual clients on financial and tax planning matters.
-
You’ll guide and mentor the team.
-
You’ll have the opportunity to meet clients on-site to truly understand their vision.
With at least 3 years of tax experience, with at least 50% focused on trust and estates, you’ll be confident in preparing 1041, 709 & 706 returns.
Beyond technical expertise, they place a strong emphasis on finding the right people—those who not only excel in their work but also enhance the firm’s collaborative and engaging culture. They’ve built an environment where people genuinely want to be, and they’re committed to bringing in team members who will contribute to and grow with that culture.
While the tax team is primarily on-site, they understand that life happens when it was brutally cold last winter, the team worked from home.
The firm shares its success, offering profit-sharing to all employees, not just partners. And growth here isn’t a one-size-fits-all track. If partnership isn’t your end goal, there are plenty of opportunities to expand into business development, training, and other areas that go beyond just accounting.
