That’s a direct quote from the Managing Partner of this small firm in the DFW area, they’re on the lookout for a Senior Manager who can progress to an Equity Partner in the next 2-3 years.
They’ve built a loyal client base over the years and have a selective criterion for any new clients they take on so you can be sure stepping in to this firm you won’t have any ‘challenging’ clients, just a great group of people to build relationships with.
You’ll be working with clients in a range of industries here from Professional Services to Real Estate so if you’re a generalist who’s been focused on review work recently would fit great.
As a smaller firm you’ll need to be a collaborative working as a part of a team to get the job done and even better, that team will be there to support you when it gets busy too although busy season for this firm is usually maximum 50 hours.
