You’ll get exposure to a real mix of clients from construction, real estate, nonprofits, and retail, so the work stays interesting. And whether you’re aiming for Partner or just want a stable leadership role without the politics, they’ll back you with the tools and support to get there.
A bit about the role: You’d be leading a solid team of tax professionals, handling complex compliance and planning across partnerships, S Corps, trusts, estates (the good stuff!) You’d be a key advisor to your clients, helping them navigate planning, audits, risk, and also playing a part in shaping the firm’s strategy. What they’re looking for: • CPA with 10+ years in public • Someone who leads well, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys the work • Someone who values client service and having a life outside of work
