You absolutely enjoy preparing tax returns and you want to take that to the next level and prepare even more complex, sophisticated returns.
You also want to actually feel supported in a team environment and feel like you are constantly learning and growing, rather than being stuck in a rut.
You want to be in a firm where you see the directors and partners getting involved in all aspects of work and being hands on, so you get constant support, guidance and training.
You’re looking for a firm that wants people to let them know when they are overwhelmed so they can share the workload and feel like what it actually means to be in a team.
You will be working on majority small business returns and some individual.
During busy season, you’ll be working 55 hours max and slightly more closer to the deadline. There is no requirement to work Saturdays during busy season either.
You can work out of their CT office or on a fully remote basis.
