This small CPA firm is a growing, dynamic accounting firm based in North Andover, MA, who are looking for a Tax Accountant to join the team.
You’ll join a team of 14-15 people, including 4 partners who are all CPAs, along with additional CPAs, bookkeepers, and staff accountants.
If you’re someone with tax and audit experience and you’re ready to help grow a firm that values both professional growth and personal well-being, we’d love to hear from you. Expect to work 50-55 hours during busy season, with a great team that’s always there to back you up.

Job responsibilities:
You’ll be working with a variety of clients, from small businesses to nonprofits,
You’ll be responsible for a mix of tax planning, consulting, returns, and audit work.
You’ll work closely with the client accounting services team.
You’ll have the chance to work with tools like Lacerte, UltraTax, and QuickBooks.
Most of the team work in the office by choice, but they understand the importance of balance. You’ll have flexibility about work arrangements, and if you need to take care of appointments or family commitments, you can do so without missing a beat.
