If you’re local to New York / New Jersey, you can work on a flexible, hybrid schedule. If you’re out of state, you’ll be joining their established remote workforce. They’ve got a great track record of onboarding their remote employees. Being out of state will not limit your progression chances.
The benefits are pretty good too.
You’ll get open PTO, Summer Fridays, Medical Insurance, 401(k) with match, flexible work arrangements and health/wellness initiatives.
You’ll have a leadership position in their Estates and Trusts team. It’ll be a nice mix of compliance and planning, focussed on individual, fiduciary, gift and estate tax. You’ll also take responsibility for maintaing and building client relationships in the Trust & Estates world.
You’ll likely be working for a CPA firm and have a strong track record with Trust & Estates planning and compliance.
