The firm has doubled in size over the last 5 years thanks to impressive acquisition of new clients. But they don’t compromise on the well-being of their staff. Busy season hours max-out at 55 with lots of flexibility in the quieter months, generous PTO and hybrid working schedules.
About the Position
- Review of tax returns for a range of clients (s corp, c corp, HNW, partnerships)
- Preparation of tax returns for the more complex clients
- Tax planning and consulting
- Managing and mentoring of a small team
Salary / Benefits
- Salary range of $110,000 to $140,000
- Annual bonus ($5k to $7k)
- 20 days PTO + 9 days holiday (increases to 25 days + 9 holiday days)
