You’ll take charge of tax engagements, mentor junior staff, and build lasting client relationships—without the grind of long hours or top-heavy leadership. The firm supports autonomy, encourages input, and values people over timesheets.
Clients include closely held businesses, HNW individuals, and partnerships—plenty of variety, with solid processes in place so you’re not constantly firefighting.
