What They’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- CPA license
- At least 6 years of experience in public accounting
- Team supervision experience
- Familiarity with Lacerte and Axcess tax software (preferred, not required)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review of S-Corp, C-Corp and Partnership returns
- Supporting with tax strategy for client base
- Leading a team of tax staff
- Working closely with leadership team on overall firm strategy
