You’ll have the opportunity to join a Top 100 Tax, Audit & Accounting firm with nearly 300 employees and several offices throughout Virginia and Maryland. This firm is poised to be among the top five growth leaders this year.
There are numerous advancement opportunities available, allowing you to steer your career in any direction you choose—whether that’s aiming for a directorial role or focusing more on business development and client relationships.
The firm prides itself on maintaining a strong client pipeline and offers all the sophisticated processes you’d expect from a larger firm, without the grueling hours. Here, you’ll gain insights you wouldn’t typically receive at a Big 4 firm, as you’ll have access to the full range of a client’s financial information, providing you with a more comprehensive understanding of their operations.
Hard work is genuinely recognized and rewarded here. Additionally, the firm is committed to your professional development; everyone benefits from a tailored training plan and has access to a wealth of resources, regardless of their current level.
To be a good fit for this position, you should ideally hold your CPA and have at least four years of public accounting experience, particularly with extensive review expertise. Familiarity with CCH Axcess and Sureprep tax software is beneficial but not mandatory.
If you believe this position aligns well with your skills and interests, I encourage you to apply, and I’ll reach out with further details about the firm.
If you’re just exploring job options and this role doesn’t quite suit you or you don’t meet all the requirements, I likely have other Public Accounting positions that could be a better match.
