What they need:
- CPA required (EA considered if able to represent clients before the IRS)
- Experience in a CPA firm (5–10+ years)
- Strong review background – both individual and business returns
- Ability to handle complex tax matters across a range of industries
- Must have experience with CCH Axcess – non-negotiable
Working setup:
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
- No direct report lines – work is assigned based on availability

Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
