Tax Manager With Partner Track
You’ll have a defined track to Partnership if you join this 30 person, boutique firm near Ronkonkoma.
You’ll join as a Manager (or Senior Manager) on day 1. This will depend on the experience you bring. The plan is that you’ll hit Partner in 3-5 years.
This is a true generalist position. You’ll be 100% review focussed. Complex clients across a range of industries. Some international too. Experience in this area would help, but it’s certainly not an essential requirement. Having your license is essential. And a track record of progression in a small to mid sized firm.
Industries include HNW individals, closely-held businesses, private equity and international clients.
