Join the team at this firm and transform your view of public accounting.
If you’re used to long hours at a Big4 firm, you’ll appreciate the improved work-life balance they offer, all while maintaining a competitive salary and benefits.
The Real Estate team is experiencing significant growth year after year, providing a unique opportunity for advancement right up to Partner level. This is their fastest-growing sector.
While your experience doesn’t need to be entirely in Real Estate, having a solid background in this area is beneficial, especially if you’re ready to specialize further.
You’re likely to have worked with Private Equity and major developers, along with substantial experience in S-Corps, Partnerships, K-1s, and more.
Key responsibilities include –
- Lead and plan client engagements, and continuously evaluate processes and procedures
- Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client’s operations
- Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings, and ensure client profitability targets are met
They offer a flexible, hybrid work environment, requiring just two days a week in the office for in-person collaboration without a rigid 9-to-5 schedule.
You’ll have the chance to work closely with the Partners and Managing Partners, who foster a supportive atmosphere and are committed to employee development—a rarity in larger firms.
By joining, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes your physical, mental, and financial well-being.
The generous PTO policy ensures you have ample time to enjoy life both at and outside of work. Plus, their Disconnect Days give everyone the opportunity to recharge in addition to your vacation time.
