What You’ll Do
- Manage tax advisory and compliance for S-corps, partnerships, and other privately held businesses
- Research, write, and communicate tax positions that actually get read (and respected)
- Lead, mentor, and develop talented tax staff who value your guidance
- Manage multiple client engagements — and own your billing and collections like a true professional
- Play an active role in firm committees and strategy — your ideas will be heard
- Represent the firm proudly in the Tampa community
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years in public accounting with deep technical and consulting experience
- CPA license (required); a Master’s in Tax or LLM is a plus
- Experience with CCH Prosystems, Engagement, and Document
- Leadership presence and a genuine interest in developing people
