Tax Manager | Naples, FL | $120k – $160k | 5+ years’ experience working in Public Accounting required
Tired of the corporate grind but still want big firm perks? This one’s for the tax pros who value people over politics, growth over ego, and balance over burnout.
This mid-sized firm (Top 50, if you’re counting) blends big firm resources with a boutique, human-first culture. Think: leadership development that’s more than lip service, equity opportunities in 2-3 years, and a real respect for your personal time.
This firm isn’t about cookie-cutter careers or one-size-fits-all roles. They’re all about helping you carve your own path, backed by a team that’s got your back and resources that actually do something for your development.
Here, you won’t just “do your time” – you’ll build the kind of experience that’s hard to find anywhere else. Whether you want to go deep in a niche or keep things broad, they’ll give you the tools, trust, and opportunities to make it happen.
The vibe?
Hands-on teams and a place where your voice actually matters. With 15 offices and around 750 people, they’ve nailed the balance between having national reach and keeping things personal. The hybrid model is flexible – no one’s tracking your badge swipes or minute-by-minute schedule.
What’s on the table:
- Unlimited PTO (and yes, people actually take it)
- Equity opportunities in 2–3 years
- Hybrid working
- Strong leadership development & internal mobility
- A culture that genuinely values work-life balance
- National expertise with local impact
- Busy season cap: 55 hours/week
About the role – Tax Supervisor
You’ll manage a variety of tax engagements, lead a small team, and build client relationships that go beyond the transactional. This role suits someone who enjoys being a generalist, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring others. You won’t be siloed here – there’s room to stretch into different sectors and specialisms.
About you
- 3+ years’ experience working within a Tax department of a public accounting firm.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- CPA, EA, or law degree is required (or in process)
