This team offers that rare balance: the personal feel of a boutique firm, with the resources and client sophistication you’d expect from a mid-sized firm.
As a Tax Supervisor (or experience senior or new manager) you’ll be stepping into a key role. You’ll work closely with experienced managers, diving deep into review work while still getting hands-on with some complex prep. You’ll also mentor junior staff and build strong, consultative relationships with clients across a mix of industries and entity types. The work they do here is varied: individuals, partnerships, S corps, C corps, trusts, estates, and exempt organizations. You’ll need a solid technical foundation in tax compliance and tax accounting and you’ll also have access to tools like MST and CCH education to keep growing and refining your skillset.
The team we’re hiring in works heavily with high-net-worth individuals and families, offering the kind of personalized service you don’t often find at larger firms. They’ve got the same quality of clients, software, and services but deliver it in a way that’s more relationship-driven and less transactional.
And yes, they understand that tax season is intense so they give you time to breathe: • 2 days off immediately after busy season • Full firm shutdown the week before Christmas • Summer Fridays (early finishes from late May through early August) • Plus additional vacation days thrown in throughout the year too
