Tax Manager (or Supervisor)

Right now, they’re looking to bring someone into their tax team ideally at the supervisor or manager level. You’d be working across a broad range of clients, managing engagements, supporting junior team members, and helping drive client relationships forward. There’s plenty of room to specialise if you’ve got a particular area of tax you love, but it’s also a great spot for someone who enjoys variety and wants to keep learning
Internally, the firm’s got a strong structure in place everything from wellness initiatives and a growing recruitment team to a real focus on employee experience (their words: “work isn’t all work”)
They’re looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience in public accounting, ideally someone who’s worked across multiple engagements and is comfortable leading client relationships and mentoring others. CPA is strongly preferred, or at least someone willing to get it within the first year.
