This is a new opportunity for an experienced Senior or Manager ready to take the next step. If you’re aiming for a management or partner track, this is the perfect platform to get there.
You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the partners and be involved in all aspects of the firm’s growth. While experience with healthcare clients (especially Long-Term Care) is ideal, it’s not essential. If you’ve worked with at least 20% – 30% healthcare clients, the rest of your role will be made up in other areas, or if you prefer you can specialise too.
Responsibilities include –
- Review a wide range of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
- You’ll also take on a leadership role, overseeing and mentoring a team while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Business development is a key part of the firm’s strategy, and you’ll have the chance to actively contribute to that growth.
- Even though they’re a mid-sized firm with fewer than 200 employees, they work with high-profile, complex clients that are typically found at Top 20 firms. This means you’ll be exposed to challenging work that will expand your skill set and accelerate your career.
