A lot of the business they win is from referrals. In fact, they don’t have a Marketing department.
You’ll get to work on some very complex and interesting tax compliance projects. The sort of clients you would usually associate with the bigger firms. You’ll handle tax compliance and planning for a range of individual and corporate clients.
The work life balance will be far better here though. And the career progression will be a lot clearer too. No bottlenecks for promotion.
It would suit a CPA or CPA candidate who has 3-5 years’ experience in a CPA firm.
