Tax Senior – Remote (Colorado Based)

This fully remote opportunity is your chance to break out of the bureaucracy and actually make an impact. You’ll be joining a growing client focused tax practice where your expertise will be valued from day one and where your ideas won’t just be heard, they’ll be put into action.
You’ll work directly with the firm’s founder, a seasoned CPA with a strong client base and a clear vision for what’s next. The tax work is broad and interesting including 1040s, 1120s, and 1065s with long standing clients who lean on the firm not just for returns, but for advice and strategy. The work is varied, meaningful, and built on trust.
You’ll take the lead on client engagements, run point on planning and preparation, and be a true right hand in the firm. There’s also real growth ahead with plans to expand the practice and possibly acquire another firm. This is a role for someone who wants more than just a job, someone who wants to help build something.
The role is fully remote, but ideally you’re based in Colorado and open to occasional client meetings when needed. No commute. No micromanagement. Just trust, flexibility, and the chance to do work that matters.
