What if you could work with high net worth individuals, grow your career, and never be expected to grind out 70 hour weeks?
This Boston based firm has found a way to do exactly that.
They’re hiring a Tax Senior Associate to join their growing team. And when they say growing, they mean it. But what’s impressive is how intentional they are about that growth. Every hire is thoughtful. Every decision is about protecting the wellbeing of the team they already have.
The work?
You’ll be focusing on complex individual tax returns for high net worth clients, with the chance to get involved in planning and research too. The Partners are all ex Big Four, but the culture here couldn’t be further from it. It’s relaxed, collaborative, and incredibly people focused.
Busy season hours are capped at 55, and the benefits package and tech setup are excellent. It’s a small firm, about 20 people, but they punch well above their weight when it comes to quality of clients, quality of life, and the opportunities they can offer.
You can work fully remotely, or from the Boston office if you prefer. Either way, you’ll be treated like an adult and given the space and support you need to thrive.

And if this one’s not quite right, don’t worry. We work with CPA firms across the country and may have something else that’s a better fit.
