The owners of the firm came from the Big4 and wanted to set up a new organization with a focus on looking after the well-being of their employees. They want to get to a position where their staff aren’t working more than 40 hours per week (even in busy season). They’re not quite at that stage yet but it’s 50-55 absolute maximum in busy season with loads of time back in the summer months.
You will be preparing and reviewing returns for high-net worth individuals so you’ll need to have experience in this area.
This is a fully remote position, working for a CPA firm who are on eastern time.
