I am recruiting a Tax Senior Associate for this 100 person, tech and development-focused CPA firm in Boston and on the South Shore, MA
Supporting a successful career for their staff is at the forefront of this CPA firm’s agenda and they show this by offering 4 promotion cycles yearly to their Associate and Senior Associates! They also offer an award-winning development and leadership programme.
You will have the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries or specialize in Real estate and Biotech if you choose. Although this is a medium sized firm, with an established, complex client base, you will not be hitting the relentless busy season hours that you would in Big 4, and you will also have access to the great benefits that they offer including CPA incentives.
You’ll likely have your Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related field and a minimum of 3+ years Public Accounting experience to be suitable for this position.
