They loved Tax. They loved Public Accounting. They just hated the way it was done in the Big 4.
So, they set up themselves. With a simple aim. To do things better. And to treat their employees well.
After nearly a decade in business, they’re looking to grow their team (currently 20 people).
We’re helping them hire Tax Managers and Senior Associates.
The hours are nothing like what you’ll do in the bigger firms. We’re talking absolute max 55 hours at busy season. They’re working towards 40 hours all year round. There’s a real learning culture too.
They’re based in Boston, but you can work 100% remote.
You’ll be focussed on Tax Planning and Compliance for HNW families with complex tax situations.
